Official languages of the Conference are Spanish and English, with parallel sessions being either in English or in Spanish.
All papers are subject to double-blind peer review. Authors will receive an email with the results of the reviewing process and the final decision of the Scientific Committee. Papers can be accepted in either of these categories: "paper" (oral communication), "discussion paper" or "doctoral workshop".
Papers accepted as "oral communications" must be presented by at least one of the authors and will be commented by a discussant in order to encourage debate and provide insightful comments to authors.
Papers accepted to the "discussion paper" sessions must be presented by at least one of the authors and will be firstly commented by the chairman of the session, and later discussed by the members of the panel.
Accepted papers to be presented at the Congress will be available in PDF format for registered attendees.
Each author may submit a maximum of three papers to the Conference, either if he/she is the only author or if she/he is a co-author. The inclusion of accepted papers in the program of the Conference is conditioned to the registration of at least one of the co-authors. When the number of co-authors exceeds three, the registration will be mandatory for at least two of the co-authors.
